Each month: who does what

You work directly with Linewick’s founder, from setup through monthly review support.

  1. You provide the exports.

    Bring your Pax8 license history, QuickBooks invoice lines and customer selling terms.

  2. We prepare the review with you.

    For your first review, we help map the files, confirm the selling rules and run the calculations. Each month, we review the agreed scope and help with imports and reruns by email.

  3. You receive the findings.

    You get a review screen, a CSV report and JSON evidence showing expected amounts, invoice amounts, differences and source records. You decide which invoices to correct in QuickBooks.

We aim to reply to email within two business days. After checking your export format and review scope, we agree a delivery date before payment.
